We're currently seeking a reliable and motivated Level 3 Chef to join a dedicated team on a 6-month assignment in Jindabyne , with exciting potential for long-term opportunities. About the Role: Shifts: Thursday to Saturday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm or 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (subject to operational needs) Monday to Friday roster from August 2025 Award penalties apply to weekend and overtime hours Stand-down period during school holidays Sponsorship potential from March 2026 Possibility to transition to a salaried position in 2026 What We’re Looking For: Trade-qualified Chef with Level 3 credentials (or equivalent experience) A team player with excellent time management and communication skills Ability to work independently and maintain high standards under pressure Previous experience in a café or bistro-style kitchen preferred Why Apply?
